• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
• Remote areas may take longer to deliver.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders.
• For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
